This workshop offers educators the ability to understand ethical guidelines and considerations involved when selecting target behaviors for interventions, learning the components of a well-defined operational definition, identifying and analyzing target behaviors through case studies/scenarios, practice writing operational definitions for target behaviors, and demonstrating an understanding on how to create effective operational definitions that can be applied directly to your own classroom.
