This workshop allows for participants to walk away with practical strategies to effectively manage paraprofessionals in all types of classrooms, gain understanding on how to train paraprofessionals, supervise paras practicing evidence based practices with students, and gain skills on implementing strategies to maximize fidelity of interventions.
