Overview of Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plans (M03C11FY27)
FBA is an evidence-based practice in treatment of autism in schools. This overview workshop is short (a few hours) and will not result in skills necessary to lead an FBA team or conduct and FBA. But it will clarify what an FBA is and why we conduct them. This overview is suitable for any school personnel who simply want to know about FBA. For example, you may be asked to collect data as part of an FBA team, and this workshop will tell you how all the moving parts of FBA fit together to serve a purpose in schools.
